After paying for a 2 hour in home consultant, they turned up and rushed through only one out of two methods of suggested sleep training and left within 45 minutes.... read more They take ages to respond to emails and don’t call when they offer too. In terms of sleep we haven’t seen much of an improvement despite following the harsh training methods, he is waking just as much during the night for extended periods of time and will wake up at 5.30 or earlier every day. So he is actually sleeping less. There was also no suggestions to help the early wakings or day naps and they have dramatically reduced as well. I’m exhausted & so angry. Really disappointed I wasted my money on this company.
